This UX Company conducted research over a year with the client's teams and customers across the globe to better understand their customers' experiences. I worked with them throughout to visually present research back to the client as they uncovered field insights, and then ultimately create a toolkit to leave with the client that their teams can utilize to conduct workshops on an on going basis to help their teams stay customer-focused.
